Cold Snap Natural lawn winterizer

Apply in late fall, when grass growth has slowed but before the ground freezes - when soil temps average upper to mid 40s (usually late October or Early November).

1. Shake well.
2. Attach the bottle to your hose using the sprayer top.
3. Spray evenly across your lawn until the bottle is empty, following product instructions.
4. Optional: Water in thoroughly, using at least 1/4" of water.

What size lawn does a bottle of Cold Snap cover?

Each bottle covers about 2,500 square feet - about the size of a tennis court. For reference, a 5,500 square foot lawn is about the size of a basketball court. This measurement does not include your house or landscaping features - just determine your lawn size by the amount of turf you are treating.

Is Cold Snap safe for my kids and pets?

Yes. All of our products, including Cold Snap, are made from natural ingredients and no harsh chemicals. This means that they are safe for your kids and pets, as well as better for the earth and your grass.

How long do I need to wait to let my dog play on the lawn?

You can return to using the lawn once the grass blades are dry. If you watered in the application you can use the lawn immediately. 

Will I see improvement in my lawn right away?

Cold Snap works below the surface to help strengthen roots during the winter, so you won’t see any change to your lawn after applying. However, your lawn will come back stronger in spring and will have a spring flush that helps thicken turf and crowd out weeds.

I have too much product. Can I save it for later?

Yes. Lawnbright products have a shelf life of 1 year, so you can store products in your garage, shed or basement for next season.
